Careers and Employability MasterClass – Bundoora (Melbourne) campus

Are you in need of a graduate job or internship in Science, Health, IT or Engineering? The MasterClass is a solid way to improve your chances and to learn about how to put together competitive job applications! Meet and network with employers to find out what they look for when recruiting candidates.

So, what is MasterClass?

It’s a half-day careers event focused on applications for internships and graduate jobs. Hear from Careers and Employability Advisers who will cover all aspects of the application process from sourcing opportunities through to interviews.

I’ve personally been to one of these MasterClasses and it has definitely helped me! I used to think of applying for jobs as a chore but the way they explained what to do, how to put together competitive applications and how to better present myself to employers, really changed how I approached job applications.

The MasterClass starts with a seminar with a short break before you select the Graduate Employer panel that fits your discipline. Here, graduate employers will help you understand the recruitment process from an employer’s perspective. Come prepared with questions to ask, then network with the graduate employers.
